We are seeking an energetic, professional Fashion Stylist / Sales Associate to join our luxury boutique team. This is not a job for someone who likes to stand behind a register waiting for customers. We are looking for a sales-driven individual who loves people, loves fashion, and has a burning desire to be the best.

What You'll Do

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and confidence
• Quickly build rapport and make genuine connections
• Discover customer needs and style preferences
• Guide customers into fitting rooms and create complete looks
• Build larger sales through expert styling and product knowledge
• Close sales with confidence and professionalism
• Develop and maintain a personal clientele
• Follow up with customers and drive repeat business
• Learn inventory and top brands inside and out
• Capture the high volume of foot traffic that walks through our doors every day
• Move quickly, stay engaged, and create energy on the sales floor

Retail sales, luxury retail, fashion styling, hospitality, or commission sales experience is strongly preferred.

Schedule Requirements

• Available a minimum of 3–4 shifts per week
• Must be available to work either Saturday and/or Sunday
• Flexible availability preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission opportunities
