As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality customer experience, managing employee performance, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take actions to meet McDonald’s standards, and manage safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth handovers. Support department goals and meet shift targets. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to qualify for management positions.
