What You’ll Do Architect and build robust, scalable Drupal solutions that support complex digital experiences. Develop across the full stack delivering high-performance front-end experiences and reliable, secure back-end systems. Partner closely with project managers and creative teams to translate business goals into smart technical solutions. Build and maintain custom Drupal modules, APIs, and integrations. Optimize applications for speed, security, accessibility, and scalability. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance CMS-driven platforms (Drupal and other CMS environments). Ensure digital experiences meet SEO best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and modern web performance expectations. Write clear technical documentation to support future development and long-term maintainability. Mentor and support other developers, contributing to a strong, collaborative engineering culture. Continuously improve development workflows, tools, and best practices. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or Senior Drupal Developer, within a creative or digital agency environment. Deep expertise in Drupal development, including custom modules and architecture. Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB. Ability to design and consume well-structured APIs. Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache) and CMS ecosystems. Strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, and security best practices. Comfortable collaborating with designers using tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or Photoshop. A problem-solver who enjoys debugging, refining, and improving complex systems. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to keep learning in a constantly evolving environment.
