We are looking for an Application Ops Engineer to join our Operations Team and support application development teams through automation, standardized CI/CD pipelines, and the configuration of shared operational platforms.In this role, you will contribute to building and operating scalable deployment and automation solutions, while gaining hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab, Ansible, ArgoCD, Airflow, and Python, and collaborating closely with developers and platform teams to ensure operational quality and Operations best practices across the application lifecycle.What You Will DoContribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCDDevelop, adapt, and maintain reusable automation templates using AnsibleSupport development teams in integrating deployment pipelines, workflows, and observability configurationsAssist in the operation and improvement of scheduling and workflow automation platforms such as AirflowWrite and maintain Python scripts to support automation, integrations, and operational tasksHelp drive standardization, security, and scalability in build and deployment workflowsCollaborate with central infrastructure teams on provisioning, upgrades, and shared platform services (e.g. Grafana, Vault, ELK)Document processes, configurations, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiativesLearn and apply modern DevOps tooling and practices, sharing knowledge within the teamWhat You BringA strong interest in DevOps and automation across the software delivery lifecycleHands-on experience or practical knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, ArgoCD, or similar toolsBasic experience with Python for scripting or automation purposesFamiliarity with Linux environments and application deploymentsExposure to observability or monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK, Prometheus is a plusWillingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate in a cross-functional environmentProactive mindset, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitudeWhat We OfferFlexible Work ModelsPersonal DevelopmentAgile Working Methods
