Job Summary:

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The RN maintains the delivery of quality patient care by following the nursing care plan, supervising ancillary staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with all hospital guidelines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN performs comprehensive patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and initiates discharge planning from the day of admission. The RN is expected to pursue ongoing professional development and prioritize effectively to meet patient needs.
