Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Payson, Utah

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3 shifts per week; rotating between NICU and Mother Baby units based on patient census

Highlights:

• Level 2 NICU with 5 beds including one negative pressure room; care for infants up to 30 days old and 32 weeks gestation and above
• Patient ratios of 1:1 for CPAP patients, 1:2 standard, occasionally 1:3 for feeder growers
• Work with advanced NICU equipment including Hi Flow, CPAP, PANDA and Giraffe warmers, OG tubes, and IV therapy (no ventilators on-site)
• Cross-trained opportunity in Mother Baby unit; approximately 30-40 deliveries per month
• Collaborative, close-knit team environment where Labor, Postpartum, and NICU work together
• Women's Services department recognized as Unit of Distinction for 3 consecutive years
• Documentation system: CPN; quality metrics tracked via Press Ganey

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Utah (must be active at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital NICU setting required
• Current certifications: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), STABLE, and CPR
• Experience with CPAP management, Hi Flow oxygen delivery, IV therapy, and occasional UVC placement
• Ability to float to Mother Baby unit based on patient census
