What You Bring to the Table Required Skills:

• Current NY Physician Assistant license in hand
• Experience with Epic EHR and familiarity with Ai charting tools
• Excellent clinical skills in oncology and hematology care
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong patient communication and care coordination skills
• Flexibility to handle occasional inpatient consults and growing practice demands

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in outpatient oncology clinics
• Knowledge of chemotherapy and immunotherapy procedures
• Ability to manage 18-20 patients per day with professionalism and compassion
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and supporting growth initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified or eligible for board certification in oncology or hematology
• Prior experience working in outpatient oncology clinics or hospital systems
• At least 1-3 years of Physician Assistant experience in oncology or related fields

Other Requirements:

• NY state licensing and relevant certifications in good standing
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime as needed
• Ability to use cell phone for Ai charting and communication purposes
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date work history with no gaps exceeding 30 days
• Must adhere to dress code: professional attire and closed-toed shoes
