We are continuing to grow as we build a more disciplined, globally connected operating system to support our customers and our next stage of growth.About the RoleWe are seeking a technically skilled, customer-focused Solutions Architect to support the OnTrak sales and deployment process across an assigned territory.This role is ideal for an engineer or technical professional who enjoys working directly with customers, translating complex industrial environments into practical condition-monitoring solutions, and bridging the gap between sales and technical delivery.As the Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to scope, design, and support UE Systems' condition-monitoring solutions, from initial technical discovery through deployment and long-term customer success.Our PeopleThey Own Their Day: We do not micro-manage. We rely on each other, bring different strengths to the table, and build better systems together.They Always Look Through a Customer Lens: Every process we build should make it easier to serve the customer accurately, reliably, and on time.Your ImpactPartner with the Sales team as the technical subject-matter expert throughout the sales cycle, supporting discovery, demonstrations, and technical evaluationsConduct on-site and remote customer visits to observe rotating equipment, review engineering documentation, and develop a Scope of Work for proposed solutionsDesign and recommend condition-monitoring solutions, spanning hardware, software, and services, tailored to each customer's assets and operational needsDevelop business cases and proposals that quantify value through avoided downtime, safer inspections, energy savings, and improved reliabilitySupport proof-of-concept engagements, technical evaluations, and RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with the sales teamDocument technical summaries, site-visit reports, and customer information accurately and promptly in the CRMProvide product training and technical support to customers and internal teamsCollaborate with Delivery teams as well as Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous improvement of UE Systems' offeringsRepresent UE Systems at trade shows and industry events, providing technical expertise and supporting lead captureYour ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience3+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environmentStrong mechanical/technical aptitude with rotating equipment and common industrial failure modesExperience conducting technical discovery, site visits, or customer-facing consultationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel as needed to support customer site visits (up to approximately 50%)Nice to HaveExperience with condition-monitoring technologies such as vibration analysis, ultrasound, infrared thermography, oil analysis, or motor testingUltrasound Level I/II, Vibration Analyst Category I/II, and/or comparable reliability certificationPrior experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or field service capacityFamiliarity with CRM and project management software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour certificationWhy Join Us?We have the typical benefits you would expect like dental, vision, and health insurance, paid time off and retirement contributions but your main interest should be to join a family as we are in the process of radically transforming our business in a way that will redefine our company and our place in the market, making this one of the most exciting times in UE Systems history.
