Seasonal Registered Nurse – Cath Lab (Job Number: 260001RR ) Overview InterHealth Medical Staffing Solutions, a division of Tampa General Hospital, is hiring seasonal nurses for 13‑week contracts in the Cath Lab. Candidates will benefit from a Magnet‑designated nursing team and may have opportunities to convert to full‑time or part‑time roles or extend the contract. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care during cardiac/interventional radiology procedures using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and record patient data in accordance with hospital policies. Assist with life‑saving actions such as CPR and defibrillation and monitor patients during conscious sedation. Administer medications for advanced interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures including STEMI, PCI, balloon angioplasty, and stent placement. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum). Florida RN license. Board certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
