Inventory Clerk
PROSYS FILL LLC
Pendergraph Machines, a division of Prosys Fill LLC, is seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk for our Durham, NC 27703 location. We are a leading manufacturer of cosmetic and pharma filling systems and turnkey packaging lines serving markets in North America as well as International markets.We are a US-owned and operated company. We also offer a Retirement Plan and company-matching 401K programs, profit sharing, life insurance, 15 days PTO and 10 paid Holidays per year.Responsibilities:Count, catalog, and record incoming and outgoing shipmentsObtaining quotes for truck shippingInventory stocking and management of digital trackingPart etching/stampingPacking and shipping of parts and assemblies (including creating packing lists)Pulling parts (kitting) for production, and production supportReconcile inventory counts with database records and investigate missing or damaged goodsConduct routine physical cycle counts and comprehensive inventory auditsKeep storage areas clean, labeled, safe, and organizedRequired Skills:Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.Must be capable of easily climbing stairs.Forklift or pallet jack operationGeneral computer knowledgeHigh accuracy in data entry and mathematical countingAble to thrive in flexible, fast-paced environment.Experience:Familiarity with UPS and Fed-Ex shipping programsInfor ERP System experience is preferred (Infor Syteline a plus)Education:High school graduate or equivalentCompensation:Hourly Position – Starting pay will be commensurate with experience and skillsets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
