Company Description Bee Organized Scottsdale is a professional home and business organizing company that helps clients declutter and create functional, orderly spaces. The team focuses on finding practical “homes” for the items clients love so they can experience greater peace and calm in their daily lives. In addition to ongoing organizing support, Bee Organized Scottsdale assists with life transitions such as residential and small business moves. Services include guiding clients through “power purges,” packing for relocation, and unpacking and organizing belongings in their new spaces. Role Description The Professional Organizer role is a part‑time, on‑site position based in Scottsdale, AZ. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include working in clients’ homes and businesses to sort, declutter, and organize possessions; creating systems that are easy to maintain; and labeling, arranging, and storing items in a clear and accessible manner. The Professional Organizer will support clients during moves by helping them evaluate what to keep, packing belongings efficiently, and setting up organized spaces in new locations. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, listening to their goals, maintaining a non‑judgmental and respectful approach, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in line with Bee Organized Scottsdale’s service standards. Qualifications Strong organizational and space‑planning skills, with the ability to create practical systems for home and business environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, discretion, and a client‑centered approach. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently on multiple projects with minimal supervision. Physical ability to stand, lift, carry, and move boxes and household items safely during organizing and moving‑related projects. High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with consistent punctuality and respect for client privacy. Comfort working in varied home and office environments, including situations involving clutter and emotionally sensitive transitions. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to client sites in the Scottsdale area, and willingness to work flexible hours.
