Position Title: Sales Data Analyst

Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 / Year, DOE + bonus potential

Turn sales data into action for a globally recognized luxury brand We are seeking a Sales Data Analyst to transform CRM and sales data into clear insights that help a high-performing sales organization identify opportunities, strengthen prospecting, and make smarter decisions. This role will analyze client activity, maintain and enrich Salesforce data, develop prospecting lists, and build meaningful metrics and KPIs that directly support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, polished and commercially minded, with the confidence to work alongside driven sales leaders and the curiosity to find the opportunity hidden inside the data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce and sales performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for the sales organization
• Identify active, inactive and prospective clients to help sales professionals prioritize outreach and strengthen pipeline development
• Develop, maintain and enhance targeted prospecting lists using CRM data, wealth intelligence platforms and data enrichment tools
• Build and refine sales metrics, KPIs, reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into performance
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity by identifying inconsistencies, improving accuracy and supporting strong CRM practices across the sales team
• Partner closely with sales leadership to translate business questions into data-driven recommendations and measurable opportunities
• Use tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and related platforms to strengthen prospecting strategy, client engagement, and overall sales effectiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting a sales organization in sales analytics, CRM management, sales operations, or a comparable capacity
• Hands-on Salesforce experience highly preferred, with strong experience in a comparable CRM also considered
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate findings into clear recommendations that support measurable sales growth
• Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred, though relevant experience and demonstrated success will be considered
• Experience with wealth intelligence platforms, data enrichment tools or high-net-worth clientele is highly preferred
• Professional, collaborative and growth-oriented approach with the ability to receive feedback, communicate confidently and thrive among ambitious personalities
