Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Experience or strong interest in working in a school setting
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Collaborative spirit and dedication to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide individual or group therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
  • Partner with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided
  • Offer consultative support and strategies to teachers and parents
  • Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
