Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Title: Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager Location: Remote (US Based) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract About the Role: Content Lab is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager with strong written and oral communication skills to join our growing team. The objective of this role is to steer influencer marketing campaigns, working with top influencers to publish creative, viral content. This job requires high attention to detail and persistence in communicating with talent. You will be a great fit if you love keeping things organized, feel confident speaking with creators and talent agencies worldwide, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Coordinate 10 to 40 influencers per campaign to ensure timely deliverable submissions Provide content feedback and support talent in delivering top-tier creative work Collect campaign progress and performance analytics Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm social media content strategies (with a heavy focus on TikTok) Work with finance to collect required documents and initiate influencer payments What We Are Looking For: Passion for social media content 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and project management Knowledge of Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with autonomous ownership Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus) Flexibility to work past standard hours when campaigns require Details & Requirements: Setup: 100% Remote (US Based, 40+ hours/week) About Content Lab: We are a creative growth marketing agency, specialized in delivering organic-style social media content for global brands to help them grow their brand influence in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
