Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude; take customer orders accurately and efficiently; provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries. Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve Dunkin' products following established recipes and quality standards; operate various kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and coffee machines; ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are consistently followed. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations; communicate effectively with team members and management. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and follow Dunkin' operational and safety procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
