Additionally, on-call shifts are required, with up to 4 call shifts every 4 weeks. There may be requirements to work one weekend shift per 4-week period and at least one holiday during the holiday periods.Job Description\n We are seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to join our team at a Level 1 trauma center. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating surgical procedures across various specialties, including Trauma, Transplant, Orthopedic, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics. The OR environment is dynamic and nurse-driven, using cutting-edge technology.Responsibilities\n \n Assist in surgical procedures in both the scrub and circulate roles.\n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.\n Maintain and manage sterile fields throughout procedures.\n Monitor and evaluate patient conditions pre, during, and post-operation.\n Participate in on-call rotations as required.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience strongly preferred.\n Current SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required.\n BLS certification required; radiation badge to be provided by the agency.\n Experience in scrub roles is strongly preferred.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
