Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Mitigation Manager to oversee restoration production operations, technicians, warehouse activities, fleet, equipment, and job-site performance. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, developing field teams, controlling costs, and supporting profitable project execution.

The ideal candidate has experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, property restoration, or similar field-service operations , along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and mitigation operations, technicians, crews, equipment, and vehicles.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory, supplies, equipment organization, and ordering.
• Oversee the Janitorial Division , including staffing, scheduling, supplies, estimating, and customer coverage.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, processes, and operational standards for technicians and warehouse activities.
• Manage maintenance and readiness of fleet vehicles and restoration equipment.
• Ensure extractors, air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other mitigation equipment are properly cleaned, inspected, maintained, and job-ready.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop technicians while monitoring performance and accountability.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure quality, safety, documentation, and company standards are maintained.
• Lead daily/morning production meetings and communicate operational changes, expectations, and improvements.
• Manage technician scheduling, on-call rotations, call-ins, crew changes, and performance issues.
• Monitor driving performance and vehicle safety.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and support job profitability and cost control .
• Respond to field situations and emergency restoration needs when required.
• Support after-hours, weekend, and CAT/surge event operations as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, office staff, marketing, vendors, customers, and senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational cost reduction .
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry standards.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, production management, restoration, mitigation, or field-service leadership .
• Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, or property restoration strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, fleet, and equipment management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced and emergency-response environment.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency, documentation, quality control, and cost management.
• Ability to work an on-call rotation , including evenings, weekends, and emergency situations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
