With escalating climate, biodiversity, and inequality crises, the course explores how this imperative is reshaping international cooperation, global governance, trade, corporate strategy, urban development, and development finance. Students will develop applied policy and business skills through real‑world assignments, including a final grant proposal to a multilateral environmental fund (the Global Environment Facility – GEF). Minimum Qualifications Graduate degree in Economics with a focus in Environmental Economics. Preferred Qualifications Professional experience in the field of sustainability. Responsibilities Develop the syllabus; teach one three‑hour lecture per week at the graduate level; provide weekly office hours for academic counseling of students; prepare and deliver course material; create and administer assignments and tests; mark student work and submit grades.
