Salary: $145,000-$155,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (lnha) to provide strategic and operational leadership for our established long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of daily facility operations, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and cultivate a community focused on high-quality resident care.
Qualifications
License: Must hold a current, active Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (lnha) license.
Experience: 1+ years of proven leadership experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (lnha) in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
Skills: Strong financial acumen, deep regulatory knowledge, and excellent team-building skills.
