As a Junior Paralegal, you will rotate across or specialize within one of three practice areas depending on your strengths and interests. As a Junior Paralegal, you'll work to: Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts About You We are looking for someone who: 0-1+ years of experience (internship experience) with a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent is preferred; prior exposure to NDAs is a plus but not required Eager to learn and grow. You are motivated, curious, and excited to develop expertise in legal practice - whether that is compliance, contracts, or funds Organized and efficient. You prioritize well, manage competing deadlines, and keep matters moving without losing attention to detail A strong communicator. You write and speak clearly and professionally, understanding that our clients expect crisp, concise advice A self-starter. You take initiative, work independently when needed, and proactively flag issues before they become problems A team player. You collaborate effectively with lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams across a fast-paced environment Salary the company's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:

• 57,012 - $81,099 in Hamilton, NJ (hourly rate of $27.41 - $38.99)
• 63,731 - $90,640 in Seattle, WA (hourly rate of $30.64 - $43.58)
• 53,664 - $76,328 in Sandy, UT (hourly rate of $25.80 - $45.78)
