Excellent work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with shared call and weekend echo rotation Competitive pay package and comprehensive benefits, including potential sign-on and relocation support Join a collaborative, low-stress setting with a large primary care and community referral base in the beautiful Oregon coast Quick Facts Location: Coos Bay, OR (1775 Thompson Road) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: Permanent placement Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Licenses/Certifications: BE/BC Cardiologist, Nuclear & Echo certified preferred Experience: 3 years preferred, must be BE/BC Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (plus benefits listed below) Benefits: Competitive salary (discussed at interview) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable) Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) 6% retirement match Generous PTO CME allowance Licensing and professional fees paid Paid interview expenses Onsite employee health and wellness clinic Onsite child care and learning center What You’ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiology services within established standards Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, nuclear imaging, stress tests, Holter monitors, and TEE Manage evaluation and treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care Document all clinical findings accurately and maintain updated patient records in electronic medical records system Participate in outreach services to nearby hospitals as needed Engage in continuous professional development and compliance with hospital policies What You Need Required: BE/BC in Cardiovascular Medicine with specialization in non-invasive cardiology Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one Nuclear and Echo certification preferred 3 years of clinical experience in cardiology BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Preferred: Experience with outreach services and working in a collaborative, community-focused environment Willingness to provide outreach to nearby hospitals About the Assignment Join a well-established hospital serving the Southern Oregon coast—home to a diverse community with a strong primary care referral base.
