About The Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our team, providing behavioral therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Chaska, Minnesota area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team, who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with ASD Provide behavioral therapy services to clients, including in‑home ABA therapy and behavior skills training Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including parents, caregivers, and other therapists, to ensure that client goals and objectives are being met Develop and implement behavior plans to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisitionMaintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy services Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure the highest level of service delivery Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed as a BCBA in the state of Minnesota Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other professionals Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability Additional Information Alight Behavioral Therapy offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
