  • Provide crisis intervention and consultation services, including developing pre-crisis and crisis plans tailored to specific scenarios.

  • Document all client interactions and clinical services promptly and accurately to meet regulatory compliance and organizational standards.

  • Utilize clinical tools and evidence-based screening measures to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external programs to create and implement positive behavior support strategies.
  • \n
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies, fostering partnerships that enhance service delivery.
  • \n
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives and represent the agency at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events to promote mental health awareness and accessibility.

  • Advocate for client needs and rights within the healthcare system, ensuring access to necessary resources and support.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance organizational effectiveness and patient care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Grace Hospital, you will serve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.

  • Valid Independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Texas.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

  • Sound judgment in making independent decisions based on clinical knowledge and assessment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually based on experience and professional qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide the following benefits to support our team:
