Systems Administrator

Systems Administrator – Quantico, VA Everforth ECS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to provide IT services and support for hardware, IT systems, applications, and operational technologies that enable mission‑critical operations for our DOJ/FBI client. This role is contingent upon additional funding. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve server issues including connectivity, storage, service status, application status, availability, and physical hardware. Monitor system performance and report on anomalies. Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations. Improve processes and procedures for deploying and maintaining system infrastructure. Work independently and collaboratively to enhance system solutions and contribute to service improvements. Deploy, test, certify, patch, and address interoperability issues for all features, components, and application dependencies. Salary Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 Required Skills US citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance. Minimum 5 years of experience (certifications or prior work may substitute). Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with AWS, Microsoft, Windows Server, Citrix, NetApp, Dell Unity, Dell Avamar, Hyper‑V, Microsoft SQL Server, Atlassian, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, WSUS, and BigFix. Experience delivering excellence in Federal Government cybersecurity, preferably with DOJ/FBI practices and standards. Interest in new technologies and adaptability. Excellent communication skills and ability to document Standard Operating Procedures.
