A prestigious Midtown NYC firm is seeking a Tax Director/Partner to lead its Financial Services practice . This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to manage key private equity and fund clients, provide strategic tax advisory services, drive tax planning and compliance, and mentor a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the financial services industry Provide high-level tax planning, structuring, and compliance services Oversee tax return preparation and ensure regulatory compliance Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative environment Stay up to date on tax laws and industry trends, advising clients on relevant updates Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth Qualifications: 10+ years of tax experience with a focus on financial services CPA required Extensive experience working with private equity and hedge funds Proven track record in leadership, client management, and business development Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $220,000 to $500,000+, based on experience Seniority level: Executive Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Accounting and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
