Physical Therapist - Hospital Outpatient | Max 7 Patients/Day | No Weekends Highlights/Benefits Hospital-Based Outpatient Clinic (100% Non-Profit) Automatically qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) 1:1 Patient Care with 60-minute Evals and 45-minute Tx Maximum 8 to 10 patients per day (Quality over quantity) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Caseload: 75% Ortho/Sports Med, 25% Vestibular and Balance Collaborative environment with experienced clinicians and very low turnover 90-day formal onboarding program for new hires Premium Medical, Dental, Vision, and 5% Retirement Match starting Day 1 Paid Time Off (PTO) = 24 days annually Schedule: Standard Monday-Friday (Zero weekend requirements) Full-time, permanent position About the Physical Therapist Position Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
