Key Responsibilities Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training employees. Support store merchandising, stocking, and presentation according to company standards. Participate in inventory management, including damages, markdowns, and stock levels. Help ensure in-stock targets and proper ordering practices. Provide excellent customer service leadership and act as a role model for store policies and procedures. Contribute to store opening/closing, cash handling, and security practices. Maintain a clean, safe environment and operate store functions in the absence of the Store Manager. Review sales, labor, and inventory data to identify business trends and opportunities. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures. Strong mathematical, cash handling, and inventory knowledge. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities with limited standardization. Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred in some locations. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience, especially in supervision or management, is advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional climbing, driving, and exposure to weather.
