Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-contact, ongoing primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults following current standards and the patient-centered medical home model.
• Engage in consultations with other practitioners and participate actively in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation related to practitioner services and participate in medical record audits and regulatory reviews.
• Submit professional service charges timely and provide agreed-upon charity care.
• Fulfill on-call and call coverage duties as required by medical staff bylaws.
• Participate in resolving patient and provider concerns to enhance satisfaction and engage in community outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records compliant with legal and accreditation standards.
• Provide input on budget, staffing, equipment, and service improvements, and foster effective professional relationships within the healthcare team.

Education and Experience

• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the relevant state.
• DEA certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills across a broad range of medical conditions.
• Proficiency with current technology and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.
