The Role

The Leasing Agent plays a key role in driving occupancy and revenue by delivering a personalized and professional leasing experience. This position blends sales, marketing, and customer service, making each day fast-paced and engaging.

You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, build lasting relationships within the community, and contribute to overall property performance through strong closing ratios and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours and effectively communicate community features and benefits
• Guide prospects through the full leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, prospects, and local community partners
• Execute marketing initiatives, resident events, and outreach efforts to drive traffic and retention
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Track and manage leasing metrics, including traffic, closing ratios, and occupancy performance
• Support resident retention initiatives through proactive communication and service
• Collaborate with onsite leadership to meet and exceed budgeted occupancy goals

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong sales and closing skills with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
