This position manages all local Human Resource activities in support of the dealership(s) assigned to include execution of HR and culture strategies, policies and practices that contribute to positive business results and employee experience. The Sr. HR Business Partner is also a vital linchpin connecting our corporate team with our frontline human resource professionals in the region. The key to success includes using the human resources team and people skills to help leaders be more profitable and employees be more engaged.
