ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager for Conversational AI to own the roadmap, vision, and requirements for AI features. You’ll translate customer feedback into strategic priorities and guide product strategy toward scaling revenue, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality AI-enabled experiences.

You will define PRDs, metrics, usability studies, and requirements, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders and driving outcomes that align with our AI
