Requirements / Qualifications Comments and Other Information The Behavior Tech II position will be supporting the district's Expanded Learning (afterschool) programs. The district has 35 after-school programs across all Elementary and Middle school sites. The work schedule for this position will be from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. The Behavior Tech II is a supportive role within the district's 35 Expanded Learning (afterschool) programs, which operate across all Elementary and Middle school sites. Key responsibilities include attending ADA meetings, conducting student observations, tracking behavior progress, modeling behavior management techniques, and providing support to the ELOP paraeducator team at various locations as needed.
