Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations at Boulevard American Bistro in Covington.

We're looking for a culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume restaurant environment, develops strong teams, maintains exceptional food quality, and drives consistent operational and financial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation.
  • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing culinary team.
  • Manage kitchen scheduling, inventory, ordering, food costs, labor, and overall BOH productivity.
  • Monitor kitchen performance, control expenses, and drive profitability through effective cost management.
  • Maintain recipe execution, portioning, preparation, and presentation standards.
  • Lead from the line during high-volume service while maintaining organization, consistency, and accountability.
  • Partner with the General Manager and FOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of BOH leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain strong culinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food costs, labor management, inventory, ordering, and kitchen financial performance.
  • Experience maintaining food quality, safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • A hands-on leadership style with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
