This full-time position is well-suited for professionals with backgrounds ranging from Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) to CCC-certified SLPs, including those with expertise in pediatric and school environments. As part of your role, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to provide tailored therapy for students, helping them achieve communication milestones. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions, assessments, and interventions that truly change lives.

Qualities & experience desired:

• Active Colorado SLP license
• Previous professional experience as an SLP in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or similar settings
• SLP-CCC or actively completing SLP-CFY
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to supporting students’ individual educational goals

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students per IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and ancillary staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on communication disorders
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
