NOW HIRING: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated therapy team!

Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Implement individualized treatment plans and physician orders

• Monitor resident progress and response to treatment

• Complete required documentation and daily treatment notes

• Participate in resident care planning

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members

• Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Associate’s degree recognized by AOTA

• Current COTA license in good standing required

• Geriatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
