Office Assistant / Accounting Clerk

Colorfast

Colorfast is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Accounting Clerk to support daily administrative and accounting operations. This role combines general office support with core accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while supporting a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support, including email and document management Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records Assist with account reconciliations and financial recordkeeping Maintain organized and accurate files for reporting and audits Support internal teams with basic accounting and administrative tasks Order and track office or operational supplies as needed Communicate with vendors and team members regarding payments and inquiries Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an office or accounting support role Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Remote work flexibility Employee support programs Schedule Monday to Friday Colorfast is a commercial printing and creative production company providing high-quality print, digital, and marketing solutions.
