You'll enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, extensive benefits, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn through an associate bonus program while working alongside experienced litigators.What You'll DoManage medical malpractice and professional liability litigation through all phases of the case lifecycle.Responsibilities include:Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.What You BringJ.D. from an accredited law school.Active admission to the New York Bar.3–6 years of litigation experience focused on medical malpractice and professional liability.Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and client communications.Ability to manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced environment.
