Human Resources Analyst

Position Summary The Human Resources Analyst provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role assists with recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records management, HR compliance documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The HR Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting employees and managers with HR-related requests. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Records Maintain employee personnel files and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Process employee status changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Assist with maintaining HR systems and employee databases. Ensure all employee documentation complies with company policy and regulatory requirements. Recruiting & Onboarding Support Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist with job postings and applicant tracking system updates. Support pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification. Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with new hire orientation. Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and filed properly. HR Compliance & Documentation Assist with maintaining compliance records such as: I-9 documentation E-Verify Employee acknowledgments Policy documentation Track required HR documentation and compliance deadlines. Support HR audits and internal record reviews. Employee Support Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding basic HR questions such as: Benefits information Policy questions Payroll inquiries Employment verification requests Assist employees with HR forms and documentation. HR Reporting & Administrative Support Assist with HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and workforce data tracking. Support HR leadership with report preparation and administrative tasks. Maintain HR calendars for compliance deadlines, training, and employee events. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Education Associate or Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources Business Administration Management Related field preferred Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience 1–3 years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational and administrative skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Must be available to answer after-hours calls and emails when business needs arise. Work/Social Environment Primarily office-based with frequent interaction across departments. Regular collaboration with customers, production, purchasing, and logistics teams. Fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and frequent problem-solving. Professional, team-oriented workplace that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. May require occasional travel to customer or supplier sites for meetings. Flexibility to support customer and production needs during high-demand periods. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequently walking throughout large warehouses and production floor environments. Frequent use of cell phone, email, and other communication tools. Occasional lifting of office supplies or product samples up to 20 pounds. Ability to remain focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
