Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license (State-specific)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting is highly valued
• Enthusiastic about working with school-aged children of diverse backgrounds and needs
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with changes in caseload or school assignment
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and provide direct speech-language services to students as assigned
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s IEP goals
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain thorough records following school and district guidelines
• Adapt interventions and strategies to best meet individual student needs
• Attend assigned meetings and participate in staff development sessions as required
