Senior Application Developer

Role Description

Develops software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the needed business solution at enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by the organization.

• Collaborates with a Business Analyst to fulfill the client’s goals and implement business solutions.
• Proficiently executes work using the tools and techniques implemented for the project.
• Works directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third-party applications, tools, and programming libraries.
• Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the building of software applications.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
• Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform based development.

Requirements

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Investigative Requirement: At time of proposal, the contractor must possess a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation at time of proposal submission.
• 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
• Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1. The contractor shall meet the certification requirements within 6 months after onboarding start date.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
