Unit Director OR Passavant

The client is seeking a Unit Director for OR Passavant. This role will provide leadership for perioperative operations within a hospital setting that includes 26 operating rooms and a 400-bed facility. The Unit Director role is expected to oversee day-to-day surgical services unit performance while supporting safe, efficient patient care across the operating environment. Responsibilities will typically include managing operational workflows for the OR, coordinating with clinical and support teams to ensure readiness and continuity of services, and promoting quality and safety standards.
