We're looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Troy, NY area. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Key responsibilities include: Enforcing established policies, procedures and standards. Scheduling mechanics/technicians work. Managing outside orders and ensuring timely completion of jobs. Meeting customer expectations and ensuring team member safety. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Responsibilities include: Directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and staging vehicle repair/maintenance work. Communicating directly with customers, assessing needs, providing information on repairs and maintenance. Ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales initiatives of Mavis. Qualifications To be eligible for the role of Automotive Assistant or Service Manager you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
