We’re providing superior acoustical products worldwide! Before you break out your guitars, it’s not that kind of acoustic. As a Production Associate for this fiber-based molding company, you will assist in the production of acoustical fiber insulation for a variety of automotive applications.

Let’s chat about the Production Associate role if you:

• Understand the importance of a safe work environment
• Are comfortable working in a high-temperature, non-climate-controlled environment
• Can work at a steady pace
• Have high attention to detail thanks to your keen eye
• Have reliable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
• Are able to pass a pre-employment THC-friendly drug screen and background check
• Can repeatedly lift up to 17 lbs
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Have previous manufacturing experience (not required, but preferred!)

We offer our Production Associates:

• A pay rate of $16.50-$18.50/hr, depending on the shift and position
• Full-time opportunities on all shifts
• 8-12-hour workdays + potential for weekend overtime
• Weekly bonus for perfect attendance
• The ability to be hired in at 480 hours
• The freedom to dress for your own workday (shorts, sweatpants, and tank tops are a-okay!)
• $100 bonus when you refer a friend to WSI
