Job Description Spear D Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive project bids while supporting the successful execution of construction projects. If you have strong analytical skills, enjoy working with plans and specifications, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment, we’d like to hear from you. Job Requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam or similar software Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain pricing Track bid deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously Assist leadership in evaluating bid strategy and project risk Job Qualifications 3+ years of construction estimating experience Experience in commercial, civil, or plumbing construction preferred Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities 65K - 110K Why choose us?
