Front End Manager - Customer Experience Leader

Food Lion

Cornelius, NC

Food Lion is seeking an experienced Front End Manager to support store operations and drive both sales and customer satisfaction. You will lead the Front End team, coordinate with Service Center and To-Go operations, and ensure excellent service fast, friendly and efficient. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to Food Lion policies while focusing on store performance and safety. This position is on-site in North Carolina. #J-18808-Ljbffr
