Our Mission: We will use our expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to:Nurture future leaders through a supportive, challenging, and enjoyable work environmentProvide the highest quality professional services to our clientsUtilize our outstanding team and maximize their effectiveness by promoting a healthy balance between work and daily lifeWork with clients and team members to accomplish their desired resultsResponsibilities:Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm quality requirementsReview financial statements, workpapers, and complex accounting issues while managing engagement risk, timelines, and budgetsServe as the primary client point of contact, building relationships, communicating findings, and delivering value-added insightsSupervise, mentor, and develop staff, providing ongoing feedback and supporting performance management effortsWork with tax specialist to oversee the preparation and/or review of business tax returns, assist with tax planning, and collaborate with tax specialists as neededIdentify opportunities to expand client services and support overall firm growth initiativesMonitor engagement economics (billing, realization, time management) and contribute to operational improvementsStay current on audit regulations, maintain CPA licensure, and uphold ethical and independence standardsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's/Master's degree in accountingCPA designation or other relevant professional certifications required8+ years' experience in public accountingExperience managing audit engagements from start to finishStrong leadership and communication skillsProactive individual with ability to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCuriosity/eagerness to learn and to teach and share knowledgeAnalytical problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)Experience with CCH/Axcess Workflow, Document, Engagement (preferred)The Perks!Career growth opportunitiesAnnual salary range: $100k - $140k (based on experience)Paid holidays and paid time offFull benefits including:401(k) and profit-sharing planMedicalDentalVisionHSAFSALife Insurance
