As we continue to grow in Missouri markets, US LBM is actively building a strong talent pipeline for multiple manufacturing roles. Positions We’re Hiring For A variety of roles, including but not limited to: Truss Assemblers Truss Sawyers Door Assemblers Wall Panel Assemblers Placement will be based on experience and business need. What You’ll Do (Varies by Role) Depending on your background and assignment, responsibilities may include: Lay out supplies and materials on carts or floor and stock plates for component set-up. Assemble components under the direction of the line leaders. Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside. Receive incoming products, commodities, and materials. Assist in the set-up of component assembly process. Monitor production workflow process assisting other areas as needed. Operate all equipment necessary to the assembly process. What We’re Looking For Must be able to read a tape measure and use a hammer. Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses and staple guns. Able to work in a repetitive manner for long periods of time. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
