Description:

As an Associate Project Manager, you will work under the direction and oversight of the Client Manager to

support awarded projects from kickoff through completion. You will use your strong organizational and

communication skills to ensure essential project tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will

collaborate with BBG teams, clients, and vendors to provide timely, clear, and well-informed communication

throughout each project.

Requirements:

· Data entry, maintenance, development with database;

· Coordinate fieldwork with site contacts and vendors

· Review and compile comments on Draft or Final ALTA Surveys (checking for consistency with addresses,

project numbers, dates, survey requirements etc.) and deliver based on client requirements/instructions ;

· Review Title Commitments and Documents (including property legal descriptions) to ensure all

documentation needed is provided and compile list of additional documents required

· Ensure that Project Managers and Professional Associates receive work orders, letters, report templates,

lab materials, historical documentation as needed;

· Maintain project files and track project milestones (fieldwork, title commitments, due date reminders, etc.).

Saving all applicable documents in Box as needed.

· Ability to handle heavy communication via email and phone;

· Other duties to be assigned; and

· Deliver outstanding?client service with?timely responses and proactive solutions.

· Assist with obtaining vendor quotes and preparing quotes for clients on an as needed basis

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field, or equal work experience.

· 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience.

· Ability to work independently.

· Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Skills

· Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized.

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook; and

· Excellent verbal and written communication.
