Assignment Details Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: ASAP Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Actual start date is typically 3-4 weeks from time the offer is received. Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Night Shift ICU position requiring ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications along with a Compact or OH RN license. Details Acute care ICU setting with 6 private beds High acuity step-down, low acuity ICU unit that currently serves as the hospital's COVID unit Patient population includes sepsis, COPD, DKA, overdose, renal, surgical, and respiratory cases Patient ratio of 1:2 Uses TruBridge - Evident EMR (CPSI-Evident) Night shift, 7pm-7am, working three 12-hour shifts per week (no blocked scheduling) Every other weekend requirement Floating to Tele-MedSurg unit required Travelers typically do not work holidays, dependent on schedule and permanent staff availability Requirements Active RN license (OH or Compact) currently in hand Minimum 2 years of experience required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS BSN not required for this position Must complete an ECG exam on first day of assignment Additional Information 1 shift of floor orientation provided N95 masks provided and used for 24 hours before disposal Able to cancel up to 1 week's worth of guaranteed hours over the 13-week assignment These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
