Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals for Part-Time less than 30 hours per week positions to join our team to improve the lives of people with disabilities. Position Details At Heartland Industries- Direct Support Professional must be caring, compassionate, flexible, and have great people skills to support individuals with disabilities by modeling behaviors to help them gain skills and maintain employment. Requirements: Driving, days, and weekends are required. Must be 21 or older and have a Driver's License/No driving violations in the past 3 years. Must be able to pass a background check. All required training will be provided. Benefits: paid sick time Responsibilities Working alongside persons with disabilities to obtain and keep meaningful employment within the community. Completing accurate charting Document all client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed. Safely transport clients as needed.
